Lawry is the third generation Owner and Operator of Trijan Industries and has been with the company for over 35 years. During that span, Lawry has seen the company through many different stages (different company names and a few locations) and has seen firsthand the evolution of the scrap metal industry. Lawry began working in the scrap metal industry in his early twenty’s and has served in every role imaginable; from truck driver and crane operator to sorting ferrous and non-ferrous loads in the warehouse and every other job in between.

As the Operations Manager, Lawry oversees all buying and selling of materials. With his knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap combined with his years of experience working within local industry make him an invaluable leader and asset to the company.

In his spare time Lawry enjoys golfing, boating, travelling and being a grandpa.

Doug is the fourth generation to work at Trijan Industries. After spending his summers in the yard, Doug has worked for the company for over 5 years after graduating university. Doug attended Neumann University outside of Philadelphia where he played four years of university hockey and was a member of the first and only National Championship in Neumann University history when they won the 2009 National Ice Hockey Championship.

As Assistant Operations Manager at Trijan, Doug uses many of the skills he learned through his hockey experiences to help foster a team environment and lead staff in their daily tasks and jobs. Doug’s responsibilities also include (but are not limited too): project management, office management including HR and employee health and safety, customer service, logistics, as well as sales and advertising.

In his spare time, Doug is active in the local hockey community as a Jr. Hockey coach.

Greg has worked at Trijan Industries for the past 13 years (and counting). He began his career at Trijan as a truck driver driving the lugger and roll-off truck while servicing many industrial accounts. Greg grew into a new role in safety and sales and after growing his expertise in this area, was promoted to his current position where he continues to thrive.

As Trijan’s Warehouse and Yard Assistant Manager, Greg is responsible for overseeing the production of all materials and is an expert in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Greg’s many different areas of expertise and knowledge of all things from trucking and heavy equipment, to the local refineries and surrounding industries, health and safety as well as environmental standards make him an invaluable member of Trijan’s team

Greg is happily married to his wife Dana with their two children, Tyler and Braden.

Raffi is Trijan’s Junk Yard Dog and has been working in the office for over a year. He is a two and a half year old French Bulldog and will always be a puppy at heart. His name, Rafiki, means “buddy” in Swahili and is his original name after his entire litter was named after characters of the Lion King.

As Trijan’s Junk Yard Dog, Raffi is responsible for sniffing and greeting customers who come by the office as well as keeping squirrels away when he’s patrolling the yard.

On his spare time, Raffi loves to go for walks and chase tennis balls.
